Back in the office – support times return to normal
Today I return to the office after an extended break. I got married on June 7 and then hiked the West Highland Way with friends. Thank you to all my fantastic customers who sent me congratulations and waited patiently while my support times were a little slower than normal. My support response times return to normal today.
I was surprised to find that I didn’t receive a single complaint from any of my customers. You were even forgiving when my phone lost power for two days on the hike and I couldn’t get back to you at all. I really appreciate your understanding.
